event is a special way to recognize our unsung heroes, ordinary people who came together and did the extraordinary. Many of
the responders, recovery and clean-up teams who survived, have now been forgotten or abandoned. This year, the Freedom Foundation
will host for FAB (Feel, Act, Be Better) a one-day camp in September to work with the children of 9/11 responders dealing
with grief, loss, anger and depression. Freedom Flight 9/11

Needed at the Long Beach Soup Kitchen The LB soup kitchen has recently re-organized. They are looking for people
who can commit to one day a week or more. A typical shift volunteering will include preparation,cook,serve and clean-up.

Beloved Community had a very productive meeting yesterday. We are
moving into the next phase.
Our next meeting is open to all interested in helping to lay the foundation and begin
to set policy for the Beloved Community. At this meeting we will discuss the course of action the group will take to
